CICC (03908): Decides to exercise the redemption right of the issuer "21 China Gold Y2"
China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited (03908) announced that the company completed the issuance of "21 China Jinmao Y2" on April 26, 2021, and the interest payment date of the fifth interest year of "21 China Jinmao Y2" is on April 26, 2026. In accordance with the terms of the redemption rights of the issuer as set forth in the offering circular, the company has decided to exercise the redemption rights of "21 China Jinmao Y2" and redeem all the registered "21 China Jinmao Y2" on the redemption registration date.
CICC (03908) announced that the company completed the issuance of "21 CICC Y2" on April 26, 2021, and the fifth interest payment date for "21 CICC Y2" will be on April 26, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of the redemption rights clause in the Offering Circular, the company has decided to exercise the redemption rights of "21 CICC Y2" and redeem all the registered shares of "21 CICC Y2" on the redemption registration date.
Starting from the day after the redemption registration date (April 27, 2026), "21 CICC Y2" will cease trading. After this redemption is completed, "21 CICC Y2" will be delisted from the Shanghai Stock Exchange on April 27, 2026.
