China Petroleum (601857.SH) announced that the company's controlling shareholder, China Petroleum Group and its wholly-owned subsidiary, have cumulatively increased their stake in the company by 309 million shares from April 8, 2025 to April 7, 2026 through the trading systems of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, accounting for 0.17% of the total share capital of the company. The total amount of the increase is 2.801 billion yuan, and the actual amount of the increase has reached the lower limit of the increase plan. The increase plan has been fully implemented.
