Chint Electric (601877.SH) announced that its holding subsidiary Zhejiang Taizhou New Energy Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Taizhou New Energy") plans to invest 90 million yuan with self-raised funds in the establishment of Hangzhou Yijin Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership) (tentatively named, referred to as "Yijin Equity Investment Fund"). Yijin Equity Investment Fund will mainly focus on the investment targets held and operated by Zhejiang Taizhou New Energy, a subsidiary directly or indirectly wholly-owned by Chint, which serves as the owner and operator of household distributed photovoltaic power stations.
