According to the prospectus, the company is a China-based oncolytic virus therapy biotechnology company, committed to the discovery, development, and commercialization of cancer immunotherapy. The company has independently developed the core product BS001 (OH2 injection) and two key products. As of the latest practicable date (March 27, 2026), the company's pipeline includes two clinical-stage candidate drugs (BS001 and BS006) and two preclinical-stage candidate drugs (BR003 and BS051).
