According to the company's website, QCraft was founded in Silicon Valley in March 2019, with core team members coming from unmanned driving companies such as Waymo under Google, Tesla, and NVIDIA. Its strategic partners include NVIDIA, Alibaba Cloud, Amazon Web Services, and Volcano Engine. The company had just completed a Series D financing in March, raising $100 million to accelerate the development of general artificial intelligence (AI). This financing round was jointly invested by a leading domestic host factory, Ningbo Ninghai Xing Taihe Fund, Liangxi Science and Technology Innovation Industry Fund (Bohua Capital Management), Huade Science and Technology Innovation, a leading automotive electronic components company, and other heavyweight industrial investors and investment institutions. Data shows that Yunrong Qixing is a technology company focused on researching and applying advanced intelligent driving technology, dedicated to building "universal artificial intelligence in the physical world" to create AI drivers with innovative technologies. The company completed a Series C financing in 2024, raising $100 million.
