Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (02196) announced that recently, the Board of Directors of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a written resignation letter from Mr. Chen Zhanyu. Due to changes in work arrangements, Mr. Chen Zhanyu applied to the Board of Directors to resign from the position of Chief Financial Officer. According to the Articles of Association of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd., the resignation will take effect on April 2, 2026. After the resignation takes effect, Mr. Chen Zhanyu will continue to serve as Senior Vice President of the Company. On April 2, 2026, upon nomination by the CEO of the Company, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Huang Zhi as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, with a term from April 2, 2026, until the end of the current term of the Board of Directors. The appointment of the Chief Financial Officer has also been approved by the Nomination Committee and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
