Yunji Inc. (02670) announced that, in accordance with the first ordinary resolution, Mr. Zhang Wei (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as the supervisor of the second session of the Supervisory Board, which has been approved by the temporary shareholders' meeting. Mr. Zhang's term of office will begin on April 2, 2026 and will last until the end of the term of the second session of the Supervisory Board.
YUNJI (02670) announced that, in accordance with the first ordinary resolution, Mr. Zhang Wei (Mr. Zhang) has been appointed as a supervisor of the second session of the board of supervisors with the approval of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders.
