China Ship Defense (00317) announced that the Board of Directors of China Shipbuilding and Offshore Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Han Jianbing, the Deputy General Manager of the Company, on April 2, 2026. Mr. Han Jianbing applied to resign from the position of Deputy General Manager of the Company due to work changes. According to the relevant provisions of the Company's "Articles of Association," the resignation report will take effect upon its delivery to the Board of Directors.
