Longqi Technology (09611) announced that Mr. Zou Xinglong has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary of the company; in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Securities Listing Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and as the authorized representative of the company under Part 16 of Chapter 622 of the Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong, effective from April 2, 2026. The Board of Directors further announced that Ms. Guo Enting has been appointed as the Joint Company Secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, effective from April 2, 2026, following Mr. Zou's resignation. Mr. Zhou Liangliang will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary.

The Board further announces that following Mr. Zou's resignation as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, Ms. Guo Enting has been appointed as the joint company secretary, authorized representative, and legal process agent, with effect from April 2, 2026. Mr. Zhou Liangliang will continue to act as the other joint company secretary.
