Sharpay Group (603168.SH) announced that the company has signed a Technology Transfer (Patent) Agreement with Wenzhou Medical University Affiliated Eye Vision Hospital (referred to as "Wenzhou Medical University Eye Vision Hospital") and Professor Zhou Xiangtian. Wenzhou Medical University Eye Vision Hospital has transferred 10 core patents of cooperative products, exclusive technology of cooperative products, and related rights including its name (including the Chinese translation of overseas applications) as "A method for treating myopia using SPAS-26021" to the company. The transfer price is 71 million yuan plus sales royalties after the cooperative products are listed.

Under the contract, Wen Med Eye Hospital has transferred all rights, including overseas application translations, of 10 core patents for collaborative products titled "A method for treating myopia using SPAS-26021" along with exclusive technical expertise and related rights to the company. The transfer price is 71 million yuan and includes a sales commission after the collaborative product is launched.
