Regarding overseas exports, sales in March were 81,639 units, a double-digit increase both month-on-month and year-on-year, with a 120% increase compared to the previous year and a 34% increase compared to the previous month. Synergy across multiple brands, breakthroughs in high-end products continue
In the first quarter of this year, both the domestic new energy market and traditional fuel vehicle market experienced a decline. However, driven by the "Blue Geely Action Plan," Geely Auto achieved significant growth in various forms of energy, running against the trend and establishing a strong market presence with a comprehensive energy layout, showcasing the resilience and strategic strength of a leading car company.
In March, the global luxury technology brand Zeekr delivered 29,318 units, achieving a double-digit increase both month-on-month and year-on-year, with a robust 90% increase compared to the previous year and a 23% increase compared to the previous month. The cumulative delivery of 77,037 units in the first quarter represented an 86% year-on-year increase. On March 16th, the super hybrid high-performance flagship SUV Zeekr 8X was released and opened for pre-sale. Within 38 minutes, over 10,000 units were pre-ordered, and within 48 hours, the total orders exceeded 30,000, indicating increasing market demand. The official launch is scheduled for mid-April.
The delivery speed of Zeekr 9X significantly increased, with the delivery exceeding ten thousand units in March. It has been the best-selling SUV in the 500,000-1,000,000 segment for four consecutive months and the top-rated SUV in terms of reputation in the same category. Additionally, the Zeekr 7X secured the top spot in the luxury SUV sales in Hong Kong from January to February and in Australia in February. The global premium new energy brand Lynk & Co sold 25,426 units in March; the cumulative sales for the quarter reached 81,662 units, with a 12% year-on-year increase. The flagship five-seater Lynk & Co 900 was officially unveiled, further enriching the high-end flagship product lineup. Lynk & Co 10 was officially named and will release the performance version "Lynk & Co 10+" with a new "Racing Blue" color option. It features a wind-controlling carbon fiber wing, exclusive 21-inch forged wheel hubs, Brembo drilled brake discs, race-use brake pads, and four-piston calipers as new performance upgrades, expected to launch in the second quarter. In March, Geely Auto's overseas export sales reached 81,639 units, a double-digit increase both month-on-month and year-on-year, with a 120% increase compared to the previous year and a 34% increase compared to the previous month; the cumulative sales in overseas markets in the first quarter reached 203,024 units, doubling year-over-year and soaring 126%, driving the international business into the fast lane of growth. Among them, the sales of new energy products in overseas markets reached 52,186 units in March, accounting for 64% of total overseas exports.
Expansion in the Southeast Asian market is accelerating: The Geely Starwish has completed its first deliveries in Indonesia and Thailand, with a total delivery surpassing 5,000 units. Local production is proceeding smoothly, with the Indonesian localization rate (TKDN) reaching 46.5% and deeply integrating into the Indonesian local supply chain system. In terms of channels, there are currently 45 operating distribution outlets in Indonesia, with plans to expand to 80 outlets by the end of 2026. In the Thai market, there are currently 40 distribution outlets, with plans to expand to 65 by 2026, and the opening of the first brand flagship showroom to further enhance the brand experience.
