According to the disclosure of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on April 1, XREAL Ltd. (referred to as XREAL) has submitted its listing application to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with CICC and Citigroup as its joint sponsors. The prospectus shows that XREAL is an AR glasses company engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and sales of AR glasses under its own brand, as well as providing related products and services. According to data from iResearch, based on sales revenue, the company ranked first in the global AR glasses market from 2022 to 2025; and based on sales revenue in 2025, the company ranks second in the global smart glasses market, including AR glasses and non-display glasses, and ranks first in China.
