MINDTELL TECH (08611): Cen Ziwei has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

MINDTELL TECH (08611) announced that Datuk Yang Kok Hee (Datuk Yang) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from April 1, 2026, in order to focus more time on his other work commitments. Mr. Sim Tze Wai (Mr. Sim) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from April 1, 2026. As a result of the above changes in independent non-executive directorship, the composition of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee has been changed effective from April 1, 2026 as follows: (i) Datuk Yang is no longer a member of the Audit Committee and respectively the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; and (ii) Mr. Sim has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and respectively the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee.
