Vigor Environmental Technology (01845) announced that the board of directors has decided to appoint Ms. Xu Anli as the joint company secretary, subject to approval from the Stock Exchange before it can take effect, and it will come into effect on the day the exemption is granted. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange, which has conditionally granted an exemption strictly complying with Rule 3.28 and Rule 8.17 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, valid for three years from April 1, 2026 (the effective date of appointing Ms. Xu Anli as the joint company secretary).
