Da Di Education (08417) announced that the acquisition of Yanyi Education Limited (the target company, which holds the business of Hui Shi Education Center) has been completed, and the Group now holds equity in all of the issued shares of the target company. The target company will become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the company's financial statements. Despite the completion, the seller still has the responsibility to fulfill the post-completion obligations as previously disclosed.
