ST Famous Gathering (300506.SZ) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lu'an Famous Gathering Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lu'an Famous Gathering") has participated in the investment in Shenzhen Lihe Algorithm Chip II Venture Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership). The company has already paid part of the capital as agreed. Due to objective factors such as adjustments in various cooperation intentions, and considerations for prudent use of funds, strict control of investment risks, and streamlining of management costs, the shareholders' meeting passed a resolution to transfer the ownership interest of Lu'an Famous Gathering to one of the limited partners, Lin Zhimin, at a price of 12 million yuan.

(referred to as "Lu'an Mingjiahui"), had participated in the investment of Shenzhen Lihe Suanxin II Entrepreneurship Investment Enterprise (Limited Partnership), and the company has already paid part of the capital as agreed. Due to adjustments in cooperation intentions and other objective factors, based on the considerations of prudent use of funds, strict control of investment risks, and streamlining management costs, a resolution was passed at a partners' meeting. Lu'an Mingjiahui and Lin Zhimin signed a "Property Share Transfer Agreement", in which Lu'an Mingjiahui transferred its property share to one of the limited partners, Lin Zhimin, for 12 million yuan.
