Mr. Leung has also been appointed as a member of the remuneration committee and nomination committee under the board of directors, effective from April 1, 2026. As authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, Mr. Leung will replace Mr. Hui Chun Wai, effective from April 1, 2026. Under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance, the company's legal process agent for accepting legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong will be changed from Mr. Hui Chun Wai to Mr. Leung, effective from April 1, 2026.
