(referred to as "Zhejiang Soil Survey") received a winning bid notice from the bidder Ningbo Fenghua Yuanjing Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the bidding agent Ningbo Hefeng Construction Project Management Co., Ltd. on the "Ningbo Public Resources Trading Platform" (hereinafter referred to as the "Winning Bid Notice").
