Datang Power (00991) announced that the company recently completed the issuance of "Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd.'s Fourth Tranche of Super Short-term Commercial Paper for 2026." The issuance amount of this super short-term commercial paper is RMB 2 billion, with a maturity of 120 days, a face value of RMB 100, and an issuance coupon rate of 1.41%. The interest will start accruing from April 1, 2026. The raised funds will be used to repay interest-bearing debts and supplement operating capital.
