In terms of news, Immuneonco announced that the Phase III clinical trial of IMM0306 in combination with bendamustine for the treatment of relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma has successfully completed the first patient dosing. IMM0306, independently developed by the Group, is a dual-specific molecule targeting cluster of differentiation 47 (CD47) and cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20), the world's first CD47 and CD20 dual-targeting dual-specific molecule to enter clinical stage. As of the date of this announcement, the Group owns the global intellectual property rights and commercialization rights of IMM0306. It is worth noting that Immuneonco-B previously announced its annual performance with a total revenue of 154 million RMB, a year-on-year increase of 108.09%; a loss of 219 million RMB, a year-on-year narrowing of 30.8%; and a gross profit of 153 million RMB, a year-on-year increase of 106.59%. The increase in revenue is mainly attributed to the recent payments received by the company under the authorization and cooperation agreement signed with Axion Bio, Inc. in 2024.
