It is reported that the target company is a leading provider of physical intelligent robot hands and physical intelligent body solutions in China. The board of directors believes that this investment is an important strategic layout for the Group in the field of physical intelligence industry chain, which is beneficial to consolidating the company's competitive position as a global leading commercial enterprise in physical intelligence. ONEROBOTICS's performance in 2025 showed that the company's annual revenue reached RMB 900.6 million, an increase of 47.7% year-on-year, and a compound annual growth rate of 48.6% from 2022 to 2025. The gross profit margin increased to 54.0%, an increase of 2.3 percentage points from the previous year.
