Brunei Health Minister visits YIDU TECH (02158) and AI-equipped hospitals, expanding cooperation and exploring new opportunities.

Recently, the Minister of Health of Brunei, Yang Berhormat Dr. Haji Md Isham Jaafar, and his delegation visited the headquarters of YIDU TECH (02158) in Beijing, and also conducted on-site inspections at Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Peking University Cancer Hospital, and Tsinghua University Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital. They engaged in in-depth discussions and field research on topics such as deepening digital health cooperation between China and Brunei, and upgrading Brunei's national health system. Ms. Gong Ru-jing, the founder and chairman of YIDU TECH, along with the management team, attended the reception. The visit of the Minister of Health of Brunei to YIDU TECH coincided with a critical period for Brunei in advancing its "2035 Vision". As a co-builder of Brunei's national digital health platform, BruHealth, YIDU TECH has established a strong foundation of cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Brunei. The BruHealth platform has become a representative practice of digital health governance in Southeast Asia. The ministerial visit and on-site inspections signify that the cooperation between the two parties is entering a new phase of comprehensive deepening in multiple areas such as smart hospitals and clinical AI. During the exchange, YIDU TECH showcased its core capabilities and mature solutions in medical data governance, AI clinical applications, and the implementation of AI in hospitals. Addressing Brunei's core needs in upgrading national health management, precise prevention and control of chronic diseases, and improving medical service efficiency, both sides delved deep into discussions focused on the AI iteration of the BruHealth platform and the implementation of smart hospital solutions, reaching important cooperation consensus. During the on-site visits to hospitals, the Brunei delegation visited Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Peking University Cancer Hospital, and Tsinghua University Beijing Tsinghua Chang Gung Memorial Hospital, gaining a deeper understanding of the practical application scenarios of AI hospitals. They particularly observed the on-site application of a series of clinical intelligent bodies such as the AI middleware and Doctor Copilot by YIDU TECH. As an important technological partner of the aforementioned hospitals, the practical results of YIDU TECH's AI solutions in enhancing diagnosis and treatment efficiency, optimizing clinical processes, and supporting research and innovation left a deep impression on the delegation. Prior to the visit, Minister of Health Yang Berhormat Dr. Haji Md Isham Jaafar had already expressed in his speech at the Beijing Centergate Technologies forum a clear intention to strengthen cooperation with YIDU TECH in the areas of AI governance, clinical AI applications, data interoperability, and research collaboration. After the visit and exchange, he further pointed out that the technological strength and practical experience of YIDU TECH in the field of digital health align closely with Brunei's development needs. He expressed confidence in the prospects of cooperation between the two parties in the AI development of national platforms and smart hospitals, and looks forward to promptly advancing concrete projects to benefit the people of Brunei with digital technology.
