Shunwang Technology (300113.SZ) announced that the company plans to use its own funds of 42.04824 million yuan to acquire Mr. Fu Zeyu's 32.3448% equity stake in Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea Technology Co., Ltd. ( "Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea"). After the transaction is completed, the company's ownership of Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea will increase to 72%, making Shaoxing Future Mountain and Sea a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
