Guangdong Ke Ya (301197.SZ) announced that the company's shareholder China Electronics System Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "China System") intends to transfer its 12.705 million shares, accounting for approximately 10.54% of the total share capital of the company, through public solicitation of transfer agreement, representing 11.03% of the total share capital after excluding the shares in the company's repurchase special account. After the completion of this share transfer, China System will no longer hold any shares of the company.
