Many Idea Cloud (06696) Announcement: In view of the following circumstances of the Company, trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange) will be suspended with effect from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 31 March 2026: (1) Pending the announcement by the Company in relation to a significant strategic cooperation in the digital financial technology industry with a shareholder, which constitutes inside information of the Company; and (2) Referring to the announcement made by the Company on 30 March 2026, including the possible delay in the publication of its financial results. At the request of the Company's auditors, the Company's Audit Committee needs additional time to review the internal control measures, which is due to inquiries received regarding the Company's internal control measures for authorization of fund usage. Some internal review procedures have been conducted, and based on the advice of the Company's auditors, the Company is in the process of engaging independent advisers to conduct further review. Pursuant to Rule 13.50 of the Listing Rules of the Exchange, if an issuer fails to publish its periodic financial information in accordance with the listing rules, the Exchange generally requires the suspension of trading in the issuer's securities, which usually lasts until the issuer publishes the required financial information announcement. Therefore, trading in the shares of the Company on the Exchange will be suspended until the Company publishes the announcement on the annual performance for the year 2025. The Company will make every effort to publish the 2025 annual performance as soon as possible, and will issue further announcements to update its shareholders and potential investors on any developments concerning: (i) the meeting date for the Board of Directors to review and approve the 2025 annual performance; and (ii) the publication of the 2025 annual performance.
