NATURAL FOOD IH (01837) announced that Mr. Hu Peng (Mr. Hu) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee (collectively referred to as the "Board of Directors"), effective from April 1, 2026. On March 30, 2026, the Board of Directors also decided to appoint Mr. Zhou Hongqi (Mr. Zhou) as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from April 1, 2026.
