CANBRIDGE-B(01228): Lian Shao'e appointed as legal process document agent.

CANBRIDGE-B (01228) announcement: Mr. Wong Wai Chiu, one of the joint company secretaries of the company, has resigned from his position. Mr. Wong will also no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Listing Rules") and as the authorized representative (legal process agent) for the Company for the receipt of legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong pursuant to Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong), with effect from 30th March 2026. Following Mr. Wong's resignation, Ms. Ma Qian, another joint company secretary qualified to act as the company secretary of the Company under Rules 3.28 and 8.17 of the Listing Rules, will continue to serve as the company secretary of the Company. Following Mr. Wong's resignation, Ms. Ma has also been appointed as an authorized representative to replace him, with effect from 30th March 2026; and Ms. Lian Shaoe has been appointed as the legal process agent to replace him, with effect from 30th March 2026.
