In 2025, as part of its global breakthrough strategy, Midea expanded the number of countries/regions covered by its overseas subsidiaries from 27 in 2024 to 50, supporting OBM business growth. OBM revenue in 2025 accounted for over 45% of the company's overseas revenue in the smart home business. Midea continued to deepen localization and collaborative development of overseas supply chains, promote digital transformation, successfully implement global customs systems in Indonesia and Thailand, and localized warehouse and distribution systems in Italy and Germany. Through eco-partnerships, Midea collaborated with COSCO Shipping Holdings and ProLogis to establish a green smart supply chain delivery center in Thailand, creating a benchmark supply chain hub in Southeast Asia, promoting supply chain intelligence, carbon reduction, and operational efficiency. Midea also implemented efficiency optimization pilots overseas, launching a multi-category consolidation project for delivery in Malaysia to achieve end-to-end supply chain delivery. Midea remained committed to its strategy of technological leadership, increasing research and development investment, and implementing the "Three Generations" initiative to upgrade product structure through differentiation innovation, supporting domestic high-end brands breakthroughs, and advancing overseas OBM priority strategy to enhance global market competitiveness.
