ILUVATAR COREX (09903) Announcement: On March 30, 2026, the board of directors has approved the adoption of the company's H-share equity incentive plan. The H-share equity incentive plan aims to: (i) attract and retain eligible participants who have made significant contributions to the long-term growth and success of the group through the H-share equity incentive plan, and recognize and reward eligible participants for their past contributions to the group; (ii) encourage eligible participants to make further contributions to the company, and strive to enhance the value of the company and its shares for the overall benefit of the company and its shareholders; (iii) strengthen the company's long-term compensation incentive strategy; (iv) align the interests of eligible participants with those of the company and its shareholders, in order to drive the long-term performance of the group (financially, operationally, and business-wise).
