BOILLHEALTHCARE(01246): Qiu Xinyuan has been appointed as an independent non-executive director

BOILL HEALTHCARE (01246) announced that Ms. Mai Xuewen (Ms. Mai) has resigned as an independent non-executive director and chair of the board audit committee, as well as a member of the board nomination committee and board remuneration committee effective from March 22, 2026, in order to devote more time to her personal and other matters/focus on personal development; and Mr. Chen Zhiheng (Mr. Chen) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, chair of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee effective from March 22, 2026, in order to devote more time to his personal and other matters/focus on personal development. From March 30, 2026: Mr. Qiu Xinyuan (Mr. Qiu) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chair of the audit committee, and member of the remuneration and nomination committees; and Ms. Xiao Lihong (Ms. Xiao) has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, chair of the remuneration committee, as well as a member of the audit committee and nomination committee.
