HING YIP HLDGS (00132) announced that on March 30, 2026, its subsidiary, Green Gold Leasing, entered into a financing lease with lessee Dabu Town Jianping Sewage Treatment Co., Ltd. in Xuzhou City, under which the lessee will obtain ownership of assets for a total consideration of RMB 36 million (equivalent to approximately HKD 40.78 million). The leased assets will be leased back to the lessee for their use and possession for a period of six years. Asset 1 includes several specified sewage treatment equipment and facilities located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China. Asset 2 includes other specified sewage treatment equipment and facilities located in Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, China.
