China MCC (01618) announced that Ms. Wu Xiuwei has resigned as the joint company secretary, effective from March 30, 2026, due to the expiry of the contract with the existing company secretary service provider. Mr. Chang Qi remains as one of the joint company secretaries. The Board also announced that Ms. Zhu Bimin has been appointed as the joint company secretary, effective from March 30, 2026.

Metallurgical Corporation of China (01618) announced that due to the expiration of the contract with the existing company secretary service provider, Ms. Wuxiu Wei has resigned as the joint company secretary, effective from March 30, 2026.
