CIPRUN TECH (01020) announced that all the conditions set out in the placing agreement have been met, and the completion of the placing has been carried out on March 30, 2026 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placing agreement. Under the placing agreement, the company has issued and allotted 40 million placing shares to 6 placees at a placing price of HK$0.26 per share in accordance with the general mandate, with each of the placees (and their ultimate beneficial owners being independent of the company and each other's connected persons or respective associates) receiving an allotment. This represents approximately 0.74% of the issued share capital of the company as of the date of this announcement (after the issue and allotment of placing shares). The total amount raised from the placing is HK$10.4 million, with a net amount of approximately HK$10.2 million. The net proceeds from the placing are expected to be used as general working capital for the group to meet its ongoing development and existing business needs, including but not limited to headquarters expenses, professional services fees, and employee salaries, and is expected to be fully utilized by the end of December 2026.
