Shenzhen Aoni Electronic (301189.SZ) announced that on March 30, 2026, the company (Party A) signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Muxi Stock (Party B), for all-round, multi-level, long-term and stable cooperation on hardware products such as Muxi desktop AI workstations, establishing a strategic partnership. According to the agreement, in the field of domestic computing power terminal products, Party A (including its affiliates) and Party B (including its affiliates) will establish a deep cooperation relationship. Leveraging Party A's independent research and development capabilities in AI computing servers and complete intelligent production equipment capabilities, combined with Party B's full-stack high-performance GPU chip technology, the two parties will jointly develop the Muxi desktop AI workstations series products, including but not limited to: single-card desktop AI workstations, dual-card desktop AI workstations, quad-card desktop AI workstations, eight-card AI servers. During the cooperation period, Party B guarantees to prioritize meeting Party A's GPU chip needs with strategic preferential prices. Under the same conditions, Party B (including its affiliates) will prioritize selecting Party A (including its affiliates) for hardware development and manufacturing cooperation for Muxi desktop AI workstations. During the cooperation period, Party A guarantees to prioritize meeting Party B's hardware manufacturing needs at the most favorable prices. Based on Party B's technological advantages in the high-performance GPU chip field, Party A becomes Party B's development cooperation partner for AI workstations, and the two parties will deepen their cooperation in the field of AI workstations, jointly creating AI workstation products with software and hardware integration based on Party B's GPU products. Drawing on Party A's years of advanced production foundation and experience in the hardware manufacturing field, they will meet Party B's product cooperation needs in the field of AI workstations. Parties A and B will jointly promote market expansion, market and sales cooperation in products such as AI workstations based on Party B's GPU products. They will work together to drive the sales of AI workstation products based on Party B's GPU products.
