Yantai LanNai Cheng Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as LanNai Cheng) submitted their Hong Kong IPO prospectus on September 29, 2025, which expired after 6 months on March 29, 2026. CICC was the exclusive sponsor for their IPO prospectus. The prospectus indicated that LanNai Cheng was founded in 2021 and is now a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to the discovery, development, and commercialization of oncology diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. As of September 22, 2025, the company has established a pipeline consisting of 13 candidate drugs, including 7 diagnostic radiopharmaceuticals and 6 therapeutic radiopharmaceuticals. Among these candidate drugs, the company has 3 core products, including 18F-LNC1001, a registered PSMA-targeted diagnostic radiopharmaceutical developed for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging in PSMA-positive prostate cancer patients; 18F-LNC1005, an FAP-targeted diagnostic radiopharmaceutical for PET imaging in FAP-positive solid tumors (such as gastric cancer); and 177Lu LNC1011, a PSMA-targeted therapeutic radiopharmaceutical specifically for the treatment of PSMA-positive metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC).
