Hangda Fu Holdings (01348) announced that, following the completion of the placement, as of the date of this announcement, the offeror holds 1.103 billion shares, representing approximately 74.79% of the total issued share capital of the company; and a total of 372 million shares (representing approximately 25.21% of the total issued share capital of the company) are held by the public (as defined in the Listing Rules). Therefore, the company has now reinstated the minimum public shareholding requirement as stipulated in Listing Rule 13.32B.
