ADD NEW ENERGY (02623) announced that on March 20, 2026, its subsidiary Shenzhen Xinlong (as a limited partner), Jiangxi Xintongying (as a limited partner), and Beijing Century (as a general partner) entered into a partnership agreement to jointly establish a partnership enterprise. The initial registered capital of the partnership enterprise is subscribed by Shenzhen Xinlong, Jiangxi Xintongying, and Beijing Century in the amounts of 26 million yuan, 36 million yuan, and 1 million yuan, respectively. To allocate a proposed investment of 20% equity in Baojia Mining (engaged in the exploration and processing of non-ferrous metals such as silver, lead, and zinc in Guixi City, Jiangxi) to the partnership enterprise, on March 26, 2026, Shenzhen Xinlong, Jiangxi Xintongying, and Beijing Century entered into a supplementary partnership agreement. According to this agreement, the contracting parties agreed to further contribute a total of 158 million yuan to the partnership enterprise. Shenzhen Xinlong and Jiangxi Xintongying have also committed to further contribute a total of up to 298 million yuan to the partnership enterprise, to meet any additional capital requirements for the development of the partnership enterprise's invested entities or for any other targeted acquisitions or investment opportunities identified by the partnership enterprise. At the request of the Company, trading in the shares was suspended on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong from 9:00 a.m. on March 26, 2026, pending the publication of this announcement. Share trading will continue to be suspended pending the publication of another announcement by the Company regarding the disclosure of insider information that must be made public for trading.
