Nanhua Futures Corporation (02691) announced that due to changes in work arrangements, Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned from the company as corporate secretary, effective March 27, 2026. Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as Co-Corporate Secretary to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Zhang Xiao's resignation. The appointment of Ms. Cong Lin as Co-Corporate Secretary will take effect from March 27, 2026.

Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed as the joint company secretary to fill the vacancy left by Ms. Zhang Xiao's resignation. Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as the authorized representative in Hong Kong for receiving legal process documents or notices on behalf of the company, in accordance with the Companies Ordinance under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong law and Listing Rule 19A.13(2), effective from March 27, 2026. Ms. Cong Lin has been appointed to replace Ms. Zhang Xiao as the agent for receiving legal process documents or notices in Hong Kong on behalf of the company, also effective from March 27, 2026.
