The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company's change of name on March 19, 2026, confirming that the company's new Chinese name Zhao Gang Network Group (Zhao Gang Network Group) has been registered in Hong Kong in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Shares will be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the new Chinese stock abbreviation "Zhao Gang Network-W", while the existing Chinese stock abbreviation "ZG GROUP-W" will no longer be used starting from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026. Warrants will be traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the new Chinese stock abbreviation "Zhao Gang Network 30", while the existing Chinese stock abbreviation "Zhao Gang Group 30" will no longer be used starting from 9:00 AM on April 1, 2026. The company's existing English stock abbreviation "ZG GROUP W30" and stock code "2572" will remain unchanged.
