LEADS BIOLABS-B(09887) announces that Dr. Ni Jiabao (Dr. Ni) has submitted his resignation as a non-executive director of the company, effective from March 27, 2026. After considering the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors has decided to nominate Dr. Wu Fenglan (Dr. Wu) as a non-executive director of the company. The appointment of Dr. Wu is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's annual general meeting by an ordinary resolution. Starting from March 27, 2026, Dr. Zhang Hongbing, an independent non-executive director and member of the Nomination Committee, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee. Dr. Kang Xiaoqiang will no longer serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee but will remain as a member. The composition of the Nomination Committee remains unchanged.
