TCL ELECTRONICS (01070) establishes an Environment, Social, and Governance Committee.

TCL Electronics (01070) announced that Mr. Peng Pan, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, will no longer serve as a member of the company's Remuneration Committee, in order to devote more time to his other roles within the Group, effective from March 27, 2026. On the same day, it was decided to establish the company's Environment, Social and Governance Committee, with the purpose of supervising and advising on the Group's environmental, social, and governance strategies, policies, performance, and related reporting matters. The initial members of the Environment, Social and Governance Committee include Ms. Du Juan, Mr. Zhang Shaoyong, Mr. Peng Pan, and Mr. Sun Li.
