According to the financial report disclosed on March 27th by CHABAIDAO (02555), the company recently expanded the scale of automatic coffee machines in its stores, launched freshly ground coffee products, and achieved significant synergies between tea and coffee. Currently, store sales of coffee have increased significantly, with some stores serving over a hundred cups of coffee per day. While maintaining strong growth, this has significantly improved store sales performance during breakfast and afternoon tea hours, and effectively boosted sales of existing tea products. Management stated that based on the current pace of progress, the company maintains a positive outlook on the development of its coffee business. It will leverage its presence in major cities, a nationwide supply chain network, and the advantages of complementary categories and ingredient reuse brought by tea-coffee synergy, to firmly advance its coffee business. By the end of 2026, it is expected to cover 2,000 stores, with coffee accounting for about 15% of sales in active stores. Public information shows that the coffee series products are already available in CHABAIDAO stores in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Chengdu, Beijing, and other cities.
