Luk Hua Entertainment (02306) announced that Mr. Chung Ming Fai has submitted his resignation as joint company secretary of the company; authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited; and authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notices in Hong Kong under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong). Mr. Au Kai Yin has been appointed as joint company secretary, authorized representative, and agent for legal process documents, effective from March 26, 2026.
