JS Global Living (01691) announced that, based on the reorganization of positions within the group and in accordance with Rule C.2.1 of Appendix C1 of the Corporate Governance Code of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, to achieve good corporate governance by distinguishing the roles of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Wang Xuning (Mr. Wang) has stepped down as the CEO of the company, effective from March 26, 2026. Mr. Wang will continue to serve as an executive director, Chairman of the Board, and Chairman of the company's Nomination Committee and Strategic Committee.
JS GLOBAL LIFE (01691) announced that, based on the reassignment of duties within the group and in accordance with Rule C.2.1 of Appendix C1 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited regarding corporate governance, Mr. Wang Xuning (Mr. Wang) has stepped down from his position as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company, effective from March 26, 2026 (resigned). Mr. Wang will continue to serve as an Executive Director, Chairman, and Chair of the Nomination Committee and Strategic Committee of the company.
In addition, the Board is pleased to announce that Ms. Han Run has been appointed as the new CEO, effective from March 26, 2026. She will not receive any additional compensation for her appointment.
