IMPRESSION DHP (02695) announces that it is expected to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately RMB 35.39 million for the fiscal year 2025 (year ending December 31, 2025), representing a decrease of approximately 21.8% compared to the fiscal year 2024 ending December 31, 2024. The board of directors expects that this decrease is mainly attributed to the following reasons: In order to optimize business structure, further broaden profit channels, and strengthen the foundation for sustainable development, the company actively promotes the expansion of business segments and the cultivation of revenue growth points. In September 2024, the company strategically invested in and operated a new cultural and tourism performance project called "Wuyi Moon Projection" which officially premiered in May 2025. From May 1 to December 31, 2025, Wuyi Moon Projection had a total of approximately 380 performances, with an audience of approximately 91,700 people, and total revenue of approximately RMB 11.81 million. As a result, the company's operating income for the fiscal year 2025 has increased compared to the fiscal year 2024. However, due to the operational laws of the entertainment industry, the new project required a large upfront investment in production, venue construction, team building, and marketing, leading to increased operating costs and other expenses. The increase in these operating costs and other expenses exceeded the increase in operating income, resulting in a decrease in net profit attributable to shareholders.
