XIABUXIABU (00520) released its annual performance as of December 31, 2025. The group achieved a revenue of RMB 3.789 billion, a decrease of 20.32% year-on-year. The loss attributable to owners of the company was RMB 301 million, a decrease of 24.99% year-on-year. The loss per share was RMB 28.56 cents. The announcement stated that the decline in revenue during the reporting period was mainly due to continued intense competition in the industry, rationalization of consumer demand, and a net decrease of 52 restaurants compared to the same period last year. In 2025, the group opened 54 new XIABUXIABU restaurants and 3 new Coucou restaurants. The group also closed 56 XIABUXIABU restaurants and 53 Coucou restaurants. Most of these closed restaurants were unprofitable, operated in areas not suitable for XIABUXIABU's "high price-to-value" promotion model, and did not reflect the brand image appropriately. The group believes that through continuous adjustment of the restaurant network, the company will be able to further improve the overall profitability of the restaurants and continue to progress. As of December 31, 2025, the group owned and operated 755 XIABUXIABU restaurants in 78 cities in 16 provinces and autonomous regions in mainland China, as well as 3 municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai). The group also owned and operated 3 XIABUXIABU restaurants outside mainland China. The group also owned and operated 131 Coucou restaurants in 29 cities in 13 provinces in China, as well as 3 municipalities (Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai), and 16 Coucou restaurants outside mainland China.
