(referred to as Shouxihu Culture and Tourism) submitted its Hong Kong stock prospectus on September 26, 2025, which expired on March 26, 2026, after 6 months, with EB Securities International as the exclusive sponsor at the time of submission. According to the previous prospectus, Shouxihu Culture and Tourism is the only licensed operator of water sightseeing boats in Yangzhou, with its boats being the only designated transportation within the water area of Yangzhou. The company has the exclusive operating rights for water sightseeing in the Shugang-Shouxihu Scenic Area for 20 years. Shouxihu Culture and Tourism is the sole operator of water sightseeing services in the ancient canal area under an unlimited-term exclusive arrangement, and as of September 21, 2025, the company's operations in the ancient canal area were not subject to any time limits. As of September 21, 2025, Shouxihu Culture and Tourism had a total of 206 boats, including 36 rowing boats, 106 self-drive boats, and 64 themed boats, with a total passenger capacity of 3,817 for a single voyage under standard operating conditions and a maximum daily capacity of over 35,000 passengers during peak tourism periods.
