Ms. Mai Baowen has been appointed as the new Joint Company Secretary, also effective from March 25, 2026. Mr. Wan Yushan will continue to serve as the other Joint Company Secretary. The Stock Exchange has confirmed that Mr. Wan meets the requirements of Rule 3.28 of the Stock Exchange Listing Rules and is qualified to act as the company secretary.
