Milan Station (01150) announces that, compared to a loss of approximately HK$26.3 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, the Group expects to record a profit attributable to owners of the Company of approximately HK$1 million to HK$4 million for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Board expects the improvement in the Group's performance to be mainly attributed to a net gain of approximately HK$15.7 million from financial assets measured at fair value through profit or loss (December 31, 2024: net gain of approximately HK$7.8 million).
