VSING (08292) announced that the group is expected to significantly increase the loss attributable to owners of the company in the 2025 financial year, compared to approximately RM6.1 million in the 2024 financial year, by an increase of not less than approximately RM70 million. This significant increase is mainly due to an impairment loss of not less than RM60 million recognized in the current year, related to goodwill arising from the acquisition of Interactive Entertainment Technology platform and software business, as assessed by independent third-party valuers.
VSING(08292) announced that the group expects a significant increase in the loss attributable to the owners of the company for the year 2025, compared to approximately 6.1 million Ringgit in the year 2024, with an increase of not less than approximately 70 million Ringgit. This significant increase is mainly due to impairment losses of not less than 60 million Ringgit recognized in the current year, related to goodwill arising from the acquisition of an interactive entertainment technology platform and software business, as evaluated by independent third-party valuers.
